I’ve always been so fond of milk…even up to this day. I still drink a glass every morning.
You know what’s funny though, I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking about my diet while pregnant- if I drank milk etc, and if so what kind?
Well, it all started when I had Noelle (13 years ago!!!) Anmum was the only milk specialized for pregnant women. I even remember that it was recommended to me by my OB GYNE.
Contrary to what others may have heard, it does not make you fat! It gives the right amount of nutrients not just for you, all the more for your baby. It also contains Gangliosides or GA to help in your baby’s brain development.
I am super cautious about my health and nutrition especially when I’m pregnant. Every little thing that I do counts.. and I make that extra effort to make sure that I am in tiptop shape.
There are so many ways you can enjoy Anmum- one is straight from the pack. Other times I eat it with cereal or I mash a banana with it and add a little coco sugar… it’s super delicious!
